The Main Content frame is situated in the centre right of the frameset. It will contain the main content of the Ifc-mBomb website.
The Navigation frame is situated vertically on the left had side of the frameset.
In addition there are narrow fixed frames along the top and bottom of the frameset called Banner and Buttons.
